In this course we learn how to express opinions, talk about experiences, and make suggestions. We talk about future plans, such as travel plans, and thereby expand our travel vocabulary. We get geographical and cultural information primarily about Canada and the UK. In class, we work with a textbook (Great B1, 2nd edition) as well as authentic texts.

Grammar includes:

•        shall & will

•        should, could & would

•        indirect speech

•        a revision of tenses, incl. present/past simple, present continuous, present perfect

This course is for students on early B1 level. You should be familiar with the present/past simple, present continuous, and present perfect.
